4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Grow Beyond with Meg, you agree to the following terms regarding our SMS/text messaging program:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations for coaching calls
• Follow-up messages related to your coaching program or sessions

• Responses to your inquiries or support requests
• Administrative messages related to your account or enrollment

Opt-In: By entering your phone number on our website forms, booking pages, or by texting a keyword to our designated number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Grow Beyond with Meg at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your mobile carrier for pricing plans and details.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the STOP message, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-subscribe, you may opt in again through our website or by texting START.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all other mobile carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and their network. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information Sharing: We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS/text messaging program to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any sharing of your mobile information is strictly limited to service providers who assist in delivering the messages you have consented to receive.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. and Canadian carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. However, service availability may vary by carrier.

5. Not Professional Advice

Megan Deangelis is a certified life coach and business mentor. She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, attorney, or financial advisor. The coaching and content provided should not be used as a replacement for consultation with licensed professionals.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Any testimonials or success stories shared represent individual experiences and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.

You acknowledge that your success depends primarily on your own efforts and decisions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, downloadable materials, course content, and any other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Grow Beyond with Meg and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any action taken in connection with the Services

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
